SNTC error: "Your user profile does not have complete address"

I am getting this error when trying to register for a Smart Net Total Care in order to be able to use the bug search API. I created an individual Cisco.com account, associated it with my company and a smart contract etc., and when I try to resubmit my registration request using my individual ID I get the following error:

 
Your user profile does not have complete address. Please update your  Cisco Account profile  with the complete address. After updating your  Cisco Account profile , restart registration process by visiting the  Smart Net Total Care registration page.

I need a competent support agent to help me with this...

Hi @pietroro,

Thank for you for the provided information.

I have reviewed the account profile and the address has been validated correctly.

As you mentioned above, the purpose of creating the SNTC portal was to be able to use the Bug API. If you will only be using the API, the SNTC portal may not be necessary. The only requirement is that the Cisco account is onboarded to a company in CSAM.

Please validate this internally with your team and let me know.

Based on the provided description, a new Cisco account has been created to use the Bug Search API. However, when trying to onboard the SNTC portal, the attached message is received.

Please share the following information with me in a private message:

- Account name:

- Company address:

- CR Party ID:

- New Cisco account CCOID/Email address

Once the information is provided, allow some time to review it and I will get back to you with my findings.
