SNTC - Generate Entitlement File - No website Response

Hello,

I am setting up SNTC and currently on step #3 (Generate Entitlement Certificate File) of the "Get Started" section.

When I click on the hyperlink nothing happens.

I have tried multiple browsers, InPrivate modes, clearing cache, allow popups, home\work PCs, waiting, etc. - I always get the same result, nothing happens.  

Can somebody please help me understand what might be happening?

Hi Jason,

SNTC portal is having issues at the moment. We have been notified about the SNTC portal issue and our team is working on it to get it resolved.
