SNTC not reporting LDoS date for Nexus N7K-F248XP-25 module

Hi,

According to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/nexus-7000-series-switches/eos-eol-notice-c51-733847.html, the N7K-F248XP-25 module is LDoS on 31st January 2021, but this does not show in the portal.

For comparison, the LDoS for N7K-M148GS-11L and N7K-M224XP-23L modules are both showing correctly.

Hi,

Please provide the Customer name and inventory name shown in the portal. Also, provide me with one of the SN in a PM.

I will investigate the issue with SNTC backend engineering.
