SNTC page redirects me back to Register page.

Hi!  I am new to SNTC and Cisco granted my CCO Account access to SNTC.  After logging in with my CCO login, the SNTC page appears but then redirects back to the Registration/Login page.   

 

I am presented with several different messages:   (if I try to select Register or Login)

 

Redirecting
It appears that you already have access to  Smart Net Total Care Portal.   You will be redirected in 10 secs.

Error
We encountered an error while processing your request. Please refresh this page or try again.

 

or

 

Hello ,
It appears that your account status is not active.  Please update your information in  Cisco Account Profile Manager.

After updating your  Cisco Account profile , restart registration process by visiting the  Smart Net Total Care registration page.

 

I've cleared cookies, tried several browsers, even Chrome Incognito.  

 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem. After login I´m redirected to registration page again....
