Good Morning:
We are trying to get Access to Smart Net Total Care portal using a CCO account. This user is already a delegated administrator for our Company. But, when we try to get in, web returns automatically to starting screen (https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo), and we are not able to enter SNT Portal itself.
We proceed again with registration process for this user, using an association of S/N and contract number, and we see an advise to inform delegated administrator to authorise, but the user is the delegated administrator himself. We can not authorise himself via Cisco Services Access Management tool because the user to be authorised and the administrator are the same.
Any suggestion to solve this issue?
