my cco is ade***.
The problem I am presented with is a loop. I go to:
I am forwarded to:
https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/ui/ssueap2.0//dist/#/promo
I am prompted to register with the message that "You do not currently have access to Cisco Services Connection". I click the hyperlink “Register now” I am forwarded to:
https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html
I click Register. I am forwarded to:
https://logcso.cloudapps.cisco.com/logcso/#/
This page says I already have access and forwards me back to:
https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/ui/ssueap2.0//dist/#/promo
And the cycle continues……
TAC says Community Support Forum is the place to resolve this issue. I am not going to post which end user this is for. please email me with what is required to fix this. my email is the same as my CCO.
I see that the SNTC was activated but it started and stopped on Nov 9th 2017.
