SNTC Portal Access

Good Morning! I have a problem opening the SNTC portal, the contract has already been linked to the account and the user is already DA of the account, however, it does not have an SNTC function. The CSAM portal does not have the SNTC role to assign the user. Following images:

Could you help me?

Hey Morris Furman,

 

Check once more and should be able to assign SNTC roles now.  Keep in mind the process to sync may take up to 48 hours once the role has been assigned.
