SNTC Portal Activation

Hi there,

My customer did the registration on SNTC Portal three days ago. He received the notification e-mail about become the Delegated Administrator but he was not able to access the portal, when he tries, he sees the registration page again.

Can you check if there is something wrong with his registration?

Hi,

Can you please ask the customer to check if he is able to access SNTC portal? 
I have checked from my side user is visible on the portal.
