Hi, the Delta Report has not been working for at least 2 weeks. We have tried different browsers, cleared cache, private/incognito mode and multiple customers (we're a Cisco partner linked to several customers SNTC portal account).
I've attached screenshots of the error, both in the Delta page itself and in schedule reports.
Much appreciated if anyone at Cisco can take a quick look and see if there's a new bug or issue.

Hi team, from the screenshots It seems server is down, or connection with server is not working properly, I encourage you to give a look to the connection and how is working, still, are there any other symptoms?

Hi Juan, I can log in to the SNTC portal without issue, open all other pages and run all other reports without issue. It appears to only be the delta report function this is not working.

Hi Juan, I logged in just now and wanted to share we continue to see the same errors as per the screenshots. Any progress on your end investigating the issue? Many thanks

I understand, please DM me. if everything else is working and only this feature is affected, other steps need to be taken. but before that, please would you kindly try this on incognito mode on firefox, also if you have any page restrictions it might intervene with this feature, so I would suggest doing so in a controlled environment, with multiple users. please do let me know through DM how my recomendations went.
