Today, we just noticed our SNTC portal is broken. We can log in to the portal, but every page we navigate to is blank. We have tried in different browsers, cleared cache and incognito. None seems to work. We need help getting the portal contents back. Please let us know what information can we provide for your assistance.

I have the same issue in the SNTC portal. Most report pages are blank. Please contact me when able.

Hello,
Currently there are issues loading SNTC portal information on some browsers. CSCwh61855 was created for that. For now the workaround recommended is clear cache/cookies and to use Mozilla Firefox. You can follow the status of the bug.
