Hi,
I am trying to access the SNTC portal and it is showing the below error from the last few days. Can you help update me with the cause of this issue and by when the portal will be accessible again? Thanks

Hi @NestleAM , please try using an incognito window. The portal is up and running so this may be an issue with your cache or network. Please let us now if the problem continues

Hello @gtomich , I am using the Incognito / Private window. Tried with multiple browsers as well same. Same issue with multiple users within the organization.

I was working in the portal mid day on 3/11/2025, portal went down and I have not been able to access since.

I'm also seeing this for several days! Can a Cisco team member please advise what is happening and is there an ETA to fix the issue. Thanks.

Same issue here, worked briefly this morning, but nothing I've tried will fix. Multiple browsers, incognito, clearing cache, etc.

Is there any solution for this yet? I also see the maintenance warning message and cannot use the portal for Custom Inventory Reports. Any workaround you can share?
