I have a customer that has active SMARTnet on devices that are showing as uncovered in the SNTC portal.
I will provide the portal name and spreadsheets in a private message.

Hi Doug,
Please share Company name, inventory name, device SN and name of report via private message and I will look into it.
You may not able to attach report, please copy/paste those SNs in private message which are not showing coverage status accurately.
