SNTC Portal not reflecting SMARTnet coverage status accurately

I have a customer that has active SMARTnet on devices that are showing as uncovered in the SNTC portal.

 

I will provide the portal name and spreadsheets in a private message.

Hi Doug,

 

Please share Company name, inventory name, device SN and name of report via private message and I will look into it.

You may not able to attach report, please copy/paste those SNs in private message which are not showing coverage status accurately.

As of latest upload on 5/12, I can see related contract available on portal. I have confirmed on some SNs out of what you have provided. Could you please check further and update me if you have any question?

With latest upload, question device is showing contract on portal under tab 'covered' and 'custom inventory'. Please check and confirm.
