SNTC Portal showing serials with active SMARTnet as uncovered

Hello,

 

I have a customer that has devices showing up in the SNTC portal as uncovered that have active SMARTnet support.

Hope you're doing well!  Please private message me the company and inventory names of this instance. Also, provide the SNs that are showing as uncovered on the portal incorrectly.
