I need to verify if a customer's registration has completed. Normally if you try to access the SNTC portal before registration, it directs you to another page. He's getting in, but its defaulting to show the SmartAdvisor screen, and not displaying the "back" option to get to the correct SNTC page.

The registration did not go through due to some intermittent issues. Can you send me contract# and Serial number as well for confirmation? I will review and help with manual onboarding.
