SNTC Upload failure

Good morning,

When an upload is actioned to the SNTC portal the collector is providing error messages that the upload fails and we don't see data within the SNTC portal.

Error:
Upload failed with the response Internal Server Error.

This collector was restored from a backup. The certificate was re-created on the SNTC portal and imported into the Collector.
