Solarwinds NCM UserId is not valid

I've installed Solarwinds NCM, entered my credentials and keep getting the error message UserId is not valid.  I have verified my user is the delegated admin in SNTC and I copied and pasted the address exactly as it appeared in my Service Delegation email to become the Delegated Administrator.  Still no luck.

Help.

Thanks for replying.  I couldn't find those files in the installed directory and thought it strange.  I did however find a NCMSAConnector.txt log file and after reading through it, I found this error.

2018-07-11 14:26:51,506 [1] ERROR SolarWinds.CDS.Engine.CDSRequestMonitor - Unable to serialize trans state to xml:System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\NCMSAConnector\CdsRepository\trans.xml'.

To resolve this, I uninstalled and reinstalled the NCM Connector and now everything is working and my report is processing.

Solarwinds is a 3rd party application, therefore not supported by Cisco.

However, we might be able to tell some things by looking at the logs.

If possible, please share privately the following log files:

reginfo.xml

trans.xml

Regards.
