SSTCM without SSSNT

Hi, for a Cat9K switch we want to get CON-SSTCM-C93A48 DNA support, but apparently we're also required to take CON-SSSNT-C930048N solution support as well. Does anyone know why that is?

I did, but they also didn't know. 

But i think i found the answer: 

Solution Support must be attached to all Cisco hardware and software in the deployment where it is available for customer entitlement to this service. 

Found it in attached guide.
