Support for previously owned 5545-x

I am considering buying a couple of used ASA5545-X. How would I go about getting support for these devices?

Are there any issues in regards to getting support for previously owned equipment?

I'm mainly concerned with:

1. Software upgrades

2. Technical support

As long as they have valid contract extended with your name you can have validity for support.

are you buying from cisco refurbished from a valid partner or ebay ?

I haven't made a choice yet. Is there a difference? I've been given
differing answers in regards to eBay.

if you buying from Valid partner yes you get support.
