I pulled PID ASA5500X-SSD120 out of a total care report, but when I check in the PID checker it says this PID is not supported by SNTC.  Is this expected behavior?  Please advise.  Thanks!

Hi

The PID checker is a support list based on devices that have been validated by SNTC QA. In certain cases, we may not have access to a physical device to validate support. In such cases we will not claim support.  This pid will be included in the prioritized list of our QA to validate against  an actual device.

Thanks
