Unable to access Smart Services Connection/SNTC after approval

My access to SNTC was approved on 12/19/23, but I still get redirected to a page that says "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access." when I try to access it via https://services.cisco.com/.

The approval email advises that I should post a message in this community about the issue, rather than open a support ticket.  Please help.  I am also the delegated administrator on our account.

1. Company name:
2. CR party ID:
3. CSPC ID / Appliance ID ( you can find it on the top and right of your CSPC)
4. Inventory and Segment:
5. Affected CCOIDs:

Thanks for the information provided internally. 

I checked and you were granted access to the SNTC portal and it looks fine on user side, usually the SNTC Access is reflected after 24 hours but unfortunately, you still cannot access it. In this case is due to an ongoing migration of the SNTC server. The team responsible for this is actively working to resolve the issue. I apologize for the inconveniences.

Thank you for your assistance.  If they are still working on it, I will hold off on sending further info on the sequence of screens I see when attempting to access SNTC.  As of this morning, I continue to get the message stating I don't have access.

Please let me know when I should try again.
