Unable to access SNTC portal

Its been over 24 hours since I received the email stating that I have access to the portal but I am still seeing the message "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection" when trying to log in

3. CSPC ID / Appliance ID ( you can find it on the top and right of your CSPC)
