Unable to associate account to SNTC services

Hello,

I've verified that I have rights to the SNTC services and I am the DA for our account. However, SNTC services do now show as available for assignment. I must be missing something.

 

Any ideas?

Hello Tim,

In cases like this, if there are no roles available to assign in CSAM, that usually means the SNTC/BSSLP service isn't enabled. The SNTC Self Registration page should nominate people as the DA and enable the SNTC/BSSLP Service, but it sometimes the API call fails and it nominates them as the DA but doesn't enable the service. If that ever happens, just let us know and we can manually do it. I looked up the Party ID that you are a DA of and I enabled the SNTC/BSSLP service and synced it on the backend. You should be able to assign roles now.
