Unable to configure TACACS+ server on CSP Collector

Hi, community.

I'm trying to configure a TACACS+ serer on my CSP collector and I'm unable to configure this server from Delegate Admin user. The CSP shows me a "authorization failed" message.

I need someone to help me with this case.

It sounds as though the CSPC is able to communicate with your TACACS server since the response authorization failed. Can you confirm the Authentication method between the CSPC and your TACACs server via Admin > Manage Remote Authentication Servers?

Where I Can check in CSPC to confirm whether my CSPC is currently configured to use the default TACACs port . In same setting where its testing i also used port 1812 , 49.
