Unable to finish installation CSPC

Hi, Guys

I trying to install CSPC version 2.8 over Hyper-V, but there is a issue Cent OS 6.10 shell that installation freezes as picture below:

The installation stay on this screen and never change.

I deployed at Hyper-V  cspc iso as recommend: 4 GB RAM, 4 v CPU and 250 GB Hard Disk, WIndows Server 2016

Leave the installation running for a night...
