Unable to Log into Portal

Since at least last Friday, i've been unable to log into the SNTC portal.  It acts as if i'm not registered.  I'm assuming it's because of this message, but i thought it would be worth asking.

The SNTC portal is currently experiencing an issue that is impacting portal access for some users.

 

Some SNTC users have reported access issues when logging into the SNTC portal.

 The issue has been identified and support is restoring access to those impacted.  

 

We are working on restoring access and will report back with restoration timelines as soon as possible. 

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hi Brian,

I checked that your role is correctly set up as 'customer admin' on portal and you should able to see all information. Could you please logout from portal and log back in and update me?
