Unable to login to SNTC portal after registration

Dear support,

I have recently added a new account with Administrator access to SNTC for my company. The have accepted and signed the agreement but every time they try to login they get redirected to the sign-up page.

Can someone please help?

Customer is visible on the portal 
And able to login
