Unable to login to SNTC Portal

After completing the registration and trying to access https://services.cisco.com  we are getting:

You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access.

 

At the end of the registration a message was displayed saying a cisco representative would review the information and get back to us but this never happened.

 

Can you please assist?
