Unable to login to SNTC

My delegated administrator gave me administrator rights to our SNTC accounts. It's been about 28 hours since that occurred and I'm unable to log in.

Hi ssumichrast,

 

The DA was added to the account & the user was able to access the SNTC portal successfully.


Further,  if only some users are able to access the data on the SNTC portal then you can surely share the users who have access to the account/portal and we can map their access accordingly. And if there is issue with the multiple Accounts visible on the portal we can assist with that as well in Personal Message.
