Unable to login to SNTC

Hello,

 

I have followed the registration process but are unable to login to cisco.services.com to see the inventory reports.

How can I get assistance for services portal access issues?

Hi,

Following is the resolution of this post:

The customer provided details which were asked. After verifying the details, A Manual sync was pushed for the user.

The customer is now visible on the SNTC portal, and was able to access it.
