Unable to Upgrade CSPC 2.10.0.5 to 2.10.0.6

Hello,

I am trying to update my CSPC to 2.10.0.6.  From the GUI, when I click Upgrade Now, it goes to initiated, then back to Not Scheduled.  This happened when I updated to 2.10.0.5 in November 2022.  So I am trying to upgrade via the command line.  When I use the download command, nothing happens.

admin# download sp-30.3.0-6-0-lnx64
Attempting to download the requested package.....sp-30.3.0-6-0-lnx64

When I use the upgrade command, I get an error.

admin# upgrade

sp-30.3.0-6-0-lnx64 Collector patch to upgrade CSPC 2.10.0.6

Download and apply of a package can take a while.
It is recommended to schedule the upgrade.

I had to rebuild my server in November 2022 because my passwords were expired.  I have not been able to upgrade via the GUI since then, and now it appears the command line upgrade doesn't work either.

Any help would be appreciated.

upgrade path :

2.10.0.5>JeOS 2.10.0.6 > SP 2.10.0.6 > 2.10.0.6

This doesn't work either, tried it.

last i was tried it works as expected. Try reboot smart collect and start fresh upgrading again.

still issue contact TAC.

I finally was able to get it upgraded using the manual method in that document.
