Upload Processing Stuck

Hello Everyone, 

We're having a problem in 3 of our customers, their scheduled uploads are shown as "in processing", on the Portal, since last thursday (May, 26th).

Is there any workaround for this or we just have to wait ?

All three customers now have their latest upload processed successfully.

Hey Andres,

We should be able to go into the backend and stop these uploads as they appear to stuck.  Can you follow the steps in the below link to PM me the company and inventory names?
