we are havign problems at the moment of the registration after we see the delegated administrator, and we click on proceed and we get the followin problem.

Were contacting the delegated administrator to double check with him is he can see the request on his side.

but could you help us check if there is a problem?

We trying doing the registration on 2 PC on private mode on Firefox and EDGE on both of them.

Party ID means, specific identification linked with the account. A party id is associated with a particular company and is used check roles, check the DA and to check company user association.

user 1 has been successfully added to the SNTC portal, must have access now. for user 2 I was not able to find the CCO id, can you please check the CCO for the user so that I can proceed further?
