Hello ! At what point in the sales process is SNTC active? Is it upon approval of the PO? Shipment of hardware? Activation of SNTC coverage by the customer on the portal? I understand it's a granular question - I'm trying to get after the first point that a customer's SNTC is active and the mechanism that activates it. Thank you!
