Trying to add Marc Morin (mmorin2@manchesternh.gov) and the CSAM tool is not connecting (see attached). That is the error message.

That is an old URL. The new URL is: https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam
Where did you get/see the old URL?

Currently, the SNTC self-service onboarding application doesn't create a pending request in the Delegated Admin's queue. It only generates an email notification. Creating a pending request is pending enhancement for a future release.
The DA can use the "User-Company Associations > Associate User to my Company" and "User-Role Assignments > Assign Roles to Users" functions to grant the appropriate access to the user.

It is in the email that is sent to the Delegated Administrator when a user is requesting access to the portal.

The link worked, but now the customer is not seeing the request that was sent by the user. What should be done now?

Please request user to check in junk folder. If issue persists, please follow below.
Please send requested information using private messaging:
1. Please visit your profile by clicking your name from top right corner
2. Please click “Messages”
3. Please click on“New Message”
4. Search for my name and Wait for it to populate and then select from the drop-down
