Access CSPC through PSS Portal

Hello,

I've been trying to use the "Access CSP-C" feature in the PSS portal but I keep getting the same message:

Remote Collector Access

Appliance is not reachable - please verify that CSP-C is running

I, of course, know the collector is running and has access to the portal, and I can upload data, so I don't understand why this feature isn't working. Is there any configuration I'm missing?

Please verify that you outgoing connection has port tcp/442 open to 72.163.7.125

You can use : http://portquiz.net:442/

Thanks for helping out, sadly we do have access to the tcp port, so it must be something else...
