Access to SmartNet CSAPI

I have problems trying to get data from the Cisco contracts API.

In short, we are partners of cisco and there is a client which we are trying to access the contract api but through our user, that is, giving permissions to our company user to make inquiries to their api.

 

When we try to make a call, whe got a empty array from this url https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/contracts/contract-details?customerId=XXXXXX, where XXXX is the client customer id.

Can you private message me the userid who is making the API call as well as the client customer ID for further review?
