Access to sntc portal

Hello,

 

The client has already approved my access in the CSAM portal as external role administrator but when I enter in the services.cisco.com I am not able to see my client, also I didn't receive any confirmation email to access my SNTC Portal. My actual status is "Awaiting Agreement Acceptance" in Administrators. Find attached the print screen.
