I still have this issue after more than a week. It says "Thanks for logging in, your account will be available within 24 hours.Check back later." I am pretty sure I've followed all the blogs and directions properly - it got me this far!

Still shows in Account setup in progress. Whom should I be contacting to get this resolved?
