Your question is not clear. Can you please provide more details about the issue you are experiencing?
The screenshot you added is that of "Revalidate LOA" feature which will lists users whose LOA has already expired or is about expire in next 30 days.
Your account has one CBR Admin and it looks like they were greanted LOA privilege a couple of days back.
