Added a new DA but not able to access portal

Added a new DA but user is not able to access SNTC portal/dashboard, gets redirected to register page.

 

Redirecting
It appears that you already have access to  Smart Net Total Care Portal.   You will be redirected in 10 secs.
 
Then stuck in this loop
