Additional DA Access

My customer already has someone within their company with DA access set up but they do not work in the same division or know one another.  What is the process for the existing customer DA to set up another DA within their company?  I have the customer CCO id that also wants DA access rights.  Is this something that the existing DA can set up for another internal user?  If so, can you forward the directions so we can send to the existing DA?  The CCO id does't want just SNTC Portal access, they want full DA rights to grant others SNTC portal access.  Thanks!

Hello Craig,

The existing Delegated Administrator can nominate additional Delegated Administrator through CSAM Tool

To nominate additional Delegated Administrators,  navigate to “Administrators -> Nominate an Administrator”.

Step 1: Select Administrator Type
Choose the radio-button option, to nominate:
• Company Administrator

Step 2: Nominate Administrator
Choose the appropriate radio-button option, to either:
• Show existing users
• Search by Cisco User ID or Email address
Based on your choice, the system will display a list of users. Select the user to be nominated, and click on “Next”

Step 3: Select Company
Company Administrator can either assign the additional Administrator to the same company as a backup Administrator or to new location of their company.

Click on “Finish” to confirm nomination of the selected user as the Delegated Administrator for the selected company. A confirmation screen will be displayed.

Suchita
