Here is a scenerio for a new SNTC customer

1. A customer has an AS collector in place and it is currently collecting data for their AS service

2. That customer now wants to utilize SNTC, either through self onboarding or SmartAssist

How does that customer link their AS collector to their new SNTC portal?

Hi Zach,

If they are currently uploading, then their data should have been migrated over to the 3.x portal automatically once they were registered. If it didn't get migrated, then they'll need to open a case with the SNTC portal team to have that done.

As a follow-up to my answer Zach, I should also say that once the 1.x portal goes end of life (which it will relatively soon) you'll either need to deploy a new collector or manually import the transport file from the existing AS collector.
