After RMA old equipments keep showing on portal

Hi all !

After replacing 3 failed equipments the portal now shows new and old equipments after several uploads from the collector. I checked the collector and only the new equipments are showed as managed. I will appreciate some help !!

Hello,

Please log into the SNTC portal and change the report preference to latest view:

Application settings> report preference> select latest view

When the portal is in the latest view, you will only see the most recent inventory.
