After replacing 3 failed equipments the portal now shows new and old equipments after several uploads from the collector. I checked the collector and only the new equipments are showed as managed. I will appreciate some help !!
I have sent you a private message asking for proprietary information that is needed to help me troubleshoot your issue. Please respond, and I will start investigating ASAP.
When the portal is in the latest view, you will only see the most recent inventory.
