Our community includes Cisco experts to answer your questions about the Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) portal and CSP-Collector. Click the navigation links below to access materials for using our service and supported collectors.
Kindly share the following - login to the CSPC via SSH (CLI) and send me a screenshot..
login as 'admin'
run - #show version -d (sh ver -d)
You should see a similar printed output..
admin# sh ver -d Build-name : Collection Platform Software 18.104.22.168 Package-type : ServicePack Version : sp-30.1.0-1-0-lnx64 Component : CSPC Base Version : 22.214.171.124 Package-type : JeOS Version : jeos-30.1.0-1-lnx64 Component : AdminShell Version : 1.8.1 Component : LCM Version : 1.8.1 Component : CASP Version : 126.96.36.199 Component : ConcsoTgw Version : 1.7.3 Component : Hardened CentOS Version : 6.10 patch#0
If the version displayed in the printed output differs, then it is possible that the upgrade did not complete/finish. However, if the version in the printed output does reflect this version, then I will do some additional investigation.
