Alerts are not displayed in the portal

As of Monday, 12/3/18 the Active Alerts summary is showing "No chartable data" however I receive email alerts stating that we have several devices with PSIRT alerts. Attached is the email we received on Saturday, showing the successful upload. There are 82 PSIRT alerts but when logging in to the portal no alerts are shown.

Hello Erik,

 

It seems the bug CSCvn48271 is impacting your view of online alert reports.

Can you check Product Alerts reports to see if the alert information is available there for you?

You can generate the report through Schedule Report - choose Product Alerts report from drop-down.
