I need to generate to new certificate mi colllector, in my portal dont appear categories all collector, under library>administration>all collector

i attached picture of this, i need your help.

Hello,

Can you confirm if this issue is still occurring and if so, would you please PM me the CCO id you are using when logged in to the SNTC portal? I suspect that the user does not have permissions as you must be an 'Admin' level user in order to access this feature.
