Could you please share if there are any guidelines for who should be the Delegated Administrator (DA) for a company?

The on-boarding process screens provide guidelines for who should be the DA. Cisco recommends that your DA should be someone who is already responsible for managing user access and accounts in your organization.  The first person to go through the on-boarding process will be nominated as the Delegated Administrator.
