Autentication sshv2 WLC - Gui x CLI

Hi Support,

We facing some issues about Device Access Verification with sshv2 WLC.

We can access ssh through collector CLI, but through DAV we receveing connection failed.

The snmp is working ok and the credencials are correct too.

The collector version is 2.6.

Could you help?

Thanks.

Thanks,

This all would indicate that the password stored might be incorrect.

Can you delete and recreate the credential profile? - This to make sure there isn't a typo or an extra space on the password.

In the worst case scenario, the SNTC portal favors the SNMP data, therefore the CLI data will be considered a secondary data source, in other words, if CLI data is missing, this should not affect your reports details.

Regards,

Cesar

When you tried the SSH from CLI, was that from CLI of the CSPC or from another device?  Your example would confirm the credentials are right (assuming no typos) but I'm not sure if the source IP is the same.

The ssh test was from CSPC CLI. The credential is right, the WLC ip is 10.250.24.66

Thanks for the info so far. Can you give a few more pieces of information? Specific version of CSPC and Rule Package from Help>About View Versions and the specific sysobjectid of that WLC. Your last image had part of it but not all.

Hello,

Have you beed able to run an inventory (collection)?

If so, can you verify the following for me:

Right click into the device from the dashboard and select "View latest device collectection details".

On the window that pops up, please exapand the datasets dropdown and look for the items of type CLI. See if any of them are successful. If they are not successful, please select one and share the error type.
