I have added new devices to my upload profiles. It says the upload job has completed successfully but I still do not see the new devices populating in the portal. Please assist

I have a customer who does not have information about his switches (EoL, if its contract is expired, etc). Can I use the SNTC collector to get this inventory, even from devices that do not have SNTC contract?

Within the SNTC portal, I’ve opted to set my reporting preference to LATEST view. However, when I’m looking at my reports, such as Custom Inventory Report, I notice that several collection dates are shown. Why does that happen?
